I've recently had laser therapy treatment to remove genital warts/VIN II areas. I'm wondering if anybody else has had this done and how long it took for them to look..."normal" again? Granted I just had this done yesterday and compared with what drs thought was wrong in the first place I am pretty relieved that for now this is all the treatment had to be (I've already been tested twice in the past year for vulvar cancer), but it is pretty gross looking and I am in a fair amount of pain. So I was just wondering if anybody else has had this done for warts or VIN and what your experience with it was? Hope to hear from someone Emma

Hi Emma,

I have not personally had this procedure done, but it can take a good four to six months to heal. And you may have some scarring. I hope you start to feel better soon!!! Keep checking back for other people's responses.
