Unfunctional Testi After Orchiopexy

At the age of 10 I had an orchiopexy for my right testicle which had a cryptorchidism condition . Now as a 20 year old I am questioning the functionality of the testicle that was operated on. The tubes entering my scrotum from the spermatic cord do not appear to be even close to as active as those of the testicle that was not operated on. I have sensation in the testicle but as I described it just does not seem to be as active. Additionally, my secondary sex characteristics are onsetting very slowly. Although my build is very masculine as is my voice, I have very little hair, only on my lower legs (none on my arms, upper legs and a small amount on my face). This is what leads me to believe that the operated testicle is not providing a testosterone supply for my body, and could also affect my fertility. Is there any way I can determine whether the testicle is functioning without gong to a doctor. Thank you in advance for your advice.
