Is it possible to get psoriasis on the vulva? (tests already ruled out all STDs)...but continual flaking, silvery patches in pubic hair region on vulva only? and if so best way to treat? it itches bad and flakes off skin, especially under hair.....help please

This sounds very uncomfortable. Your doctor had no suggestions beyond testing for STDS? Here are some possibilities for inflammations on the vulva.

Did they test for scabies? Article in the paper this week about a doctor who was incorrectly diagnosed for a long time and I thought your symptoms sounded similar. Just a thought, you must be miserable. Get well soon!
